In onze webshop kunt u de items kiezen die u wilt bestellen. Aan het einde van de bestelling wordt uw naam, adres etc gevraagd. Bij betaling vult u vooruitbetalen in. U kunt bij opmerkingen nog verdere informatie kwijt.
U kunt ook via de contactpagina een e-mail sturen met de gewenste bestelling en de verdere informatie die wij nodig hebben voor de verzendkosten.
Daarna ontvangt u een e-mail van ons met de correcte verzendkosten en het totale bedrag voor de order. Tevens ontvangt u in deze bevestiging onze IBAN- en BIC code die u nodig heeft voor de betaling.
Na ontvangst van uw betaling informeren wij u over de status van uw zending en voor de pakketpost uw TNT nummer.

In our webshop you can choose the items you wish to order.At the end your name, address, etc. will be required. As for the payment you fill in "vooruitbetalen" (= prepayment). At "opmerkingen" (= remarks) you may give additional information, if necessary.
You may also send us an e-mail via the "contactpagina" (=contactpage), mentioning all items you desire and any additional information we need to proceed.
Afterwards you will receive an e-mail from us with the exact shipping costs, as well as the total amount of the order.
At the same time you will receive our IBAN- and BIC-data to ensure smooth payment.
On receipt of your payment we will forward the goods by TNT and inform you accordingly.

Für die Zahlung tragen Sie bitte "vooruitbetalen" (= vorausbezahlen) ein. Bei "opmerkingen" (= Bemerkungen) können Sie, wenn erwünscht, zusätzliche Informationen geben.
Es ist auch möglich, uns eine E-Mail zu senden, indem Sie in die "contactpagina" (= Kontaktseite) die gewünschten Artikel und weitere Informationen eintragen.
Danach erhalten Sie eine E-Mail von uns, in der wir die Versand-kosten und den Gesamtbetrag des Auftrages angeben. Gleichzeitig übermitteln wir Ihnen dann die IBAN- und BIC-Angaben, die Sie für eine reibungslose Zahlung benötigen. Nachdem Ihre Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist, werden wir die Ware über TNT zum Versand bringen und Sie entsprechend informieren.
